Instructions You Have To Follow With Nidana Yogshala

In order to establish a holy, protective learning atmosphere, there must be mutual respect. We invite everybody to abide by our ashram-based instructions during the course. The practices are conducive to discipline, harmony and a high group energy.

Important Instructions

  • A responsible, caring society has been developed. The participants would be expected.
  • Be at school on time and never miss any session.
  • Respecting common-space areas and upholding discipline and proper behavior.
  • Do not smoke, drink, or cause noise during the program.
  • Adhere to kitchen regulations, educating employees on nutritional limitations or fasting.
  • Clear dues or accounts and return borrowed things before departure.

Evaluation And Certification

Real education is not what is passed by tests.

We are basing our evaluation on practical teaching, direct participation and reflection. When complete, you will be awarded a 50-hour certificate that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

Eligibility

What is yoga, and what can yoga do to help me?

Yoga is the interaction of mind/body, which enhances flexibility, strength and balance and alleviates stress levels. It helps to improve the physical condition (position, immunity, vitality) and mental condition (relaxation and concentration). A development practice enables an individual to establish a balance between the body and the mind to enhance wellness.

One has no requirement to attend a yoga session. Some of the activities beginners can start with include simple postures, breathing sessions and guided sessions. The process by which teachers promote comfort and security is graded in steps. Anyone can practice some form of yoga, and anyone can begin it at any age or fitness level.

Yoga is linked to body postures, breathing exercises and movements which can be applied to relax the body. The mental process of relaxing the mind and acquiring awareness is called meditation. Yoga improves the balance between body and mind and meditation leads to more peace of mind. The two elements make up a holistic health and mindfulness approach.

Other types of yoga that we propose are Hatha yoga, intermediate level, dynamic Vinyasa flows, restorative yoga and meditation-based yoga. It is the purpose of every class to make things your way: you need to feel strong, you need to feel flexible and get rid of stress or you need to rest. Several styles are available to test to see which practice best facilitates your objectives.

A suitable class is based on your objectives, physical fitness and comfort. Novices usually take up Hatha or light yoga. You could try Vinyasa or Power Yoga, which would provide a source of strength and energy. The restorative and meditation-oriented classes are the most effective de-stressors. Your instructor may be consulted, or you may have trial sessions, or you may simply experiment with varying styles before settling on which one seems to be the most pleasant and most helpful to your own needs.
