Greatly inspired by the principles of Hatha Yoga, Divyansh continues to expand his studies while nurturing a deep passion for the human body, which he reveres as “God’s most beautiful creation.” This passion led him to become a dedicated Yoga Anatomy and Physiology instructor, where he simplifies complex concepts to make them accessible and practical for his students.

With a strong academic foundation, Ashish earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Yoga Science and Holistic Health, fueled by his passion to share the transformative power of yoga with the world. His dedication extends to working with hospitals, where he contributes to integrating yoga as a complementary therapy for holistic well-being.

Nishant Tyagi has been a devoted yoga practitioner for over a decade. His yoga journey began as a way to heal from depression, and over time it evolved into a profound lifelong passion. Through consistent practice and immersion in yoga philosophy, Nishant experienced deep transformation—finding balance in his mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Inspired by this healing, he pursued advanced studies, earning a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (Yoga Alliance) and is currently working toward a Master’s Degree in Yoga Science, blending academic knowledge with extensive practical experience.
Nishant’s teaching approach reflects both his personal journey and professional training. Specializing in asana, alignment, and adjustments, he guides students with attentiveness and compassion, encouraging them to listen to their bodies and practice mindfully without force. His adaptable style ensures that each student progresses safely and effectively. Over the years, Nishant has led multiple Yoga Teacher Training Courses in India, sharing his expertise in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga. In addition to asana, he occasionally teaches pranayama, meditation, mantra chanting, and yoga philosophy, offering students a well-rounded experience.

Yogacharya Mohan Sharma (Monu) is a dedicated and experienced instructor of Shat-kriya and Pranayama at Yoga Vidya Mandiram. Born into a spiritual family in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, his journey into yoga began in Rishikesh, in the company of Himalayan yogis, where he was initiated into the path of Yoga and Meditation. Academically, he holds an RYT 500 certification from Yoga Alliance, USA, which reflects his commitment to deepening his practice and teaching.
Mohan Ji brings a heartfelt devotion to his students, creating a nurturing and inspiring space in his classes. He views yoga as both a way to transform lives and a profound path of self-discovery.
